All data you enter in the App - including player names, recent players history, selected number of rounds, chosen language, and sound / vibration preferences - is stored exclusively on your device using the operating system's local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers, because we do not operate any servers.

5 Seconds: Quickfire Party offers an optional premium subscription ("5 Seconds Premium") via in-app purchase, with a weekly and an annual plan. The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

To manage subscription status, validate purchases, and deliver premium features, the App uses RevenueCat (Revenue Cat, Inc.). When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives:

5 Seconds: Quickfire Party is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). The App contains a "HOT" category with flirty, suggestive party prompts intended for a teen and adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
